Speed is an important component in public administration and it should not be put in the second position.

 

We need a legislation of comprehensive benefits and incentives, based on the principle of simplicity and efficiency.

 

Businesses should be given long-term visions in terms of taxation.

 

State administrators should realize that they are not omniscient, business should realize that the state should not deal only with the implementation of business interests and that existing resources should be used effectively.
